I had a resort in mind and you convinced me to go with The Centara Grand at Karon for so many reasons, I trusted you and OMG it was amazing! !!! Perfect! !!! Chontell, I received the lovely bottle of wine today, but the great gift was the card enclosed. Helen and I will certainly enjoy the wine, but the card will be the everlasting memory of the wonderful service you have provided to Nuffield and me personally. We have had a great partnership over the last 15 years which has been benefit to both our organisations. I feel very blessed to have been a customer of you, Janine and all the wonderful young ladies who have worked at itravel over the last 15 years and have delivered fantastic service.To say you, particularly, have gone well beyond the normal customer service is an understatement. To take the numerous calls from me at all hours of the night and day and always answering in a pleasant manner is testament to you as a person, but also the culture you and Janine have instilled in your staff over the many years.
